CENTURIONS' coach Darren Abram is challenging his side to go the remainder of the season unbeaten, starting with Sunday's clash at Keighley.
Abram is again likely to be without Simon Knox (pleurisy) and Matt Sturm (back spasms) for the game against the rock-bottom club at Cougar Park, but still rates the game as a big test of character.
"After we had lost to Doncaster, we went on an eight-game winning run," explains Abram.
"We knew that it would be a tough season and that you can't just turn up and roll over any side.
"But after the disappointing result at the weekend, we want to repeat our form before that and hope that takes us all the way to the Grand Final," Abram added.
But despite his injury worries in the forwards, Abram is unlikely to build on his squad in the near future.
"I'm always looking at what players might be available but since the end of the 'A' team system, there aren't many around," says Abram.
"Many of the players tend to be kids learning from kids and the quality isn't always there."
The League leaders are guarding against complacency though despite the fact that the Cougars have won just one game so far this season in the League.
"Good results can't be expected all year round and we expect a tough battle at Keighley with the pitch conditions a big factor," anticipates Abram.
