THE owners of a Rossendale off-licence which had its alcohol licence revoked after selling booze to under-age drinkers has appealed against the decision.
Rossendale Booze, in Manchester Road, Haslingden, was stripped of its licence last month.
Ravi Manji and her brother-in-law and business partner Chandrika Manji have appealed against the decision made by Reedley magistrates.
It is not known when and where the appeal will be held but the hearing will be at crown court.
Mr Manji, 26, said he appealed against the decision because he did not agree with the evidence in court.
He said: "I did not agree with the evidence so, as soon as the licence was revoked, we launched an appeal against the decision.
"We are waiting for a court date and we should hear something in the near future, I would have thought."
The hearing last month heard that several witnesses had seen youngsters leaving the shop with bags and crates containing alcopop WKD.
The licence was revoked and Mr Manji was ordered to pay £2,899 to cover police costs.
Until the hearing is held, the shop can remain open.
Licensing officer for Pennine Division Chris Storey confirmed an appeal had been lodged.
He said: "I can confirm the owners of Rossendale Booze have an appalled but I do not know when the hearing will be."
