FURTHER to a recent article about a car being left to rot outside a shop: How I wish the law would allow people to report such matters and action be taken.
Our private neighbourhood has a house owner who not only has one car rotting but two. The first car now sits in his front garden whilst wild grasses grow all around and over it.
A second vehicle is parked on the public highway and although still taxed is never moved. The third vehicle is used at present by the owner and is parked on an overgrown driveway. How many cars does one person need?
The law should be changed and these lazy people should be made to clear the gardens and be prosecuted for the mess.
