DRUNKEN youths attacked a bus passenger in Leigh town centre.
Police are appealing for witness following the incident which happened shortly after 9.45pm last Saturday night.
The victim had boarded the Bolton-bound 551 at Leigh bus station and his attackers got on soon afterwards at Lord Street.
Two youths spat at him and punched him in the face causing a gash to his forehead which paramedics treated at the scene.
