I AM writing concerning the BBC 1 programme Nurseries Undercover.
My daughter has attended Bank House Day Nursery in Radcliffe since she was three months old; she is now two-years-old.
I have never had a problem with any member of staff there and I think the care they give the children, and the work they do with them, is excellent. My daughter was in the same room as Katelyn O'Donnell at the time of filming. She appeared several times on the footage with her face obscured. The carer shown in that room is a lovely person who interacts brilliantly with the children.
I think it is a disgrace that the BBC have made something out of nothing, and attempted to show her and other members of staff in the wrong light. I am not happy that someone filmed my daughter, then showed it on television, without my permission.
My daughter will continue to attend Bank House Day Nursery where I know she will receive the best of care.
