A LEIGH man accused of attempted arson in an Atherton nightclub appeared at Liverpool Crown Court on Monday for the first time.
Gregory Yates, of Leigh Road, is alleged to have attempted to cause a fire in Morgans night club with intent to endanger life on July 25.
Yates, aged 18, was remanded on bail until October 25 when he is expected to enter his plea. A condition of his bail is not to enter Morgans.
