THE public are being invited to fall in to help give the town's brave Fusiliers a new home.
On Sunday, August 29, Wellington Barracks in Bolton Road, Bury, will be throwing open to visitors in aid of the Fusiliers' Museum Appeal.
Attractions include exhibitions and displays by the regular/TA/cadet and veteran organisations, a paintball range and music performed by the Fusiliers' Association Band and Corps of Drums.
Admission is £2 and £1 concessions with all proceeds going toward moving the existing museum facility to its new base at Bury's Arts and Crafts Centre in Broad Street.
The open day starts at 11am until 4pm.
