VOLUNTEERS are being urged to pledge their support for UNICEF's Children of Sudan Day.
The children's charity is appealing for fundraising activities to take place on Friday to help the children caught in the crossfire in Sudan.
The money raised will help supply clean water, vaccinations and food to the millions of children cut-off from emergency assistance. To make a donation to the Children of Sudan Day appeal, a cheque or postal order can be made to UNICEF UK, PO Box 254, Prestwich, Manchester, M25 3WT.
