A MOTORIST from Stoneclough was dragged from his high-powered sports car by thugs as he waited at traffic lights.
Car enthusiast Stuart Fielding was pulled from the Toyota MR2 in Plodder Lane, Farnworth, last Thursday night (Aug 19).
A stunned Mr Fielding said: "The whole incident happened so fast, it was all over in a split second. I'm gutted because I've put a lot of time and money into that car. It's become a major hobby."
Mr Fielding said he had spent around £15,000 on the two-seater Japanese coupe which has a 400 horsepower turbo engine and cannot be bought in the UK.
