JUST a quick note of concern with regards the letter from a Mrs Robinson (LET, August 27) concerning the decision by Blackburn with Darwen Council not to allow the call to prayer.
As Mrs Robinson lives in Great Harwood, how would this have affected her when the Masjid is in Audley?
Bless her, she talks about the council listening to what people want but 90 per cent of the population in Audley are Muslims and there were many names on a petition which was indicative of what people really wanted.
