I WOULD like to know who thought up the idea of putting speed bumps in Windermere Road.
This is the main route for many sick and elderly people attending the Grasmere Street Health Centre, and the constant bumping and shaking around does not help. No matter how slowly you traverse them, you cannot avoid the jolts.
