A MAN has appeared before Bury magistrates accused of being involved in a fracas outside a nightclub.
Nicholas Robinson (25), of Harper Fold Road, Radcliffe, denied a charge of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on Andrew Miller.
It is alleged that 23-years-old Mr Miller suffered a fractured cheekbone in the incident outside Sol Viva in Bury.
Magistrates determined that the case was not suitable for summary jurisdiction, and the matter was adjourned to October 22 when Robinson will be committed to stand trial at the crown court. He was granted unconditional bail to that date.
