Leigh RMI 0 Halifax 3: LEIGH RMI must pick up the pace up the pace or heads will roll, warns assistant manager Gary Kelly.
After Saturday's home hammering by Halifax, Kelly said: "The desire and the application were not there and neither were the creativity and workrate. Gareth Stoker aside, it was a pretty poor effort and we will ring the changes where we can.
"You can only put the players on the pitch and if they if they don't perform they have to look at themselves and that is what they have to do after this performance.
"We have to start picking points up fast.
"There have been strong words in the dressing room and it is up to the players to look at the way they prepared off the park and away from training because everything involved with the training and preparation has been top class.
"We have to make the most of our scoring opportunities and be much more ruthless in front of goal."
Martin Monington headed Halifax ahead in the 24th minute, Lewis Killeen added a second in the 73rd minute and Craig Midgely completed the scoring in the 88th minute.
