BURY bi-annual Charter Fair rolls back into town this month - and it's all change for drivers while it is here.
The Rock car park is once again the site, and will be closed from September 13 to 26. During this time, the nearby Parsons Lane car park behind Wilkinsons will temporarily become a long-stay site, while contract parking permit holders who normally use The Rock will be able to use both the Parsons Lane and School Brow car parks.
School Brow, meanwhile, will remain a short-stay car park while the eight disabled driver spaces on The Rock will move for the duration of fair to Parsons Lane.
