EVERY document of rights and independence limits "rights" where speech and action may deny others enjoyment of the same rights. Does anybody have the right to insult or short-change fellow citizens?
For the BNP, having stirred the stink of suspicion and hostility, to then claim to have calmed the resultant rioters is as juvenile as: "I was only messing Miss".
