HOW much disinfectant did it take for correspondent R. G. Purdy to come up with his/her sanitised version of BNP policy? (Letters, October 1).
With the BNP not just anti-immigration, but with a declared wish to see people with darker shades of skin removed from this country, it is no wonder that many people do not think that its members should be in jobs where employees need to be fair to all.
R. G. Purdy claims the BNP puts the welfare of the British people first. What kind of welfare is it that tells people who were born here -- or who have been absorbed into the British society -- that they ought to lose their home?
