COMMUNITIES across East Lancashire are invited to take part in Inside Justice Week from today until Saturday.
Lancashire Criminal Justice Board will hold events and provide the opportunity to speak with Baroness Scotland, Minister of State for the Criminal Justice System and Law Reform.
The event has been established to give the public a better understanding of the Criminal Justice System and will include school visits to magistrates' courts and Crown Courts.
St Joseph's Convent School, Park Hill, will visit Burnley Magistrates Court on Wednesday to act out a play aimed at raising awareness of the consequences of crime.
For more information or to register interest in taking part, contact Jill Hookway on 07899 656206.
