Bamber Bridge 0 Radcliffe Borough 3: RADCLIFFE gave a vastly improved performance following Saturday's disappointing display at Matlock.
Paul McGuire formed a new central defensive partnership with Paul Challinor who returned from injury and this, together with a much more committed approach left Borough comfortable winners.
Phil Deaney opened the scoring after 12 minutes with a low shot and Steve Foster increased the lead just before the break with a cool finish.
Borough completed the scoring in injury time when Foster set up Richard Battersby to calmly chip keeper Andy Banks.
The win will give Borough some confidence ahead of Saturday's FA Cup third qualifying round against Northern Conference side Moor Green at Stainton Park (ko 3pm).
