MAY I through your paper thank the kind and honest person who on October 4, handed in a lady's Rotary watch at Boots in Blackburn.
I had lost the watch while on my half-hour lunch break from work.
I rang the three shops I had visited and was delighted when Boots rang back to say it had been handed in at the pharmacy counter.
So if you are reading this I would like to say thank you. The watch was a present from my husband and I did not expect to see it again.
Y M FLOOD (Mrs), address supplied.
