LANCASTER City go gunning for glory on Saturday when they aim to join the Conference big boys in the final qualifying round of the FA Cup.
The Giant Axe showdown with Kings Lynn in the third qualifying round is worth some £5,000 to the winner - but more important for City is the chance to join the likes of Morecambe and Carlisle United in a straight shoot-out for the first round proper.
Last season's the Dolly Blues went out in a 2-1 home defeat by Cambridge United in front of the TV cameras and a bumper 1,800 crowd - and boss Phil Wilson is hoping for more of the same.
"The FA Cup has a touch of magic about it," Wilson says.
"I keep telling the lads that these early round games are important because sometimes you can finish up in the third round proper at a big Premier League club - and that is special. But more important at this stage is the prize money for winning the game. If we are to strengthen both on and off the field we need the extra cash."
He goes on:"It will be a hard game. They are not coming all the way to Lancaster for the ride - they are coming to try to win and we need to be at our best. We have started to play better over the last few games and we need to be at the top our game again to go through."
New signing Steve Hollis, from Accrington Stanley, goes straight into Wilson's squad but the manager has doubts over Ian Dawes and Danny Stone, who both limped out of Saturday's brutal clash with Moor Green.
Kings Lynn are currently standing 13th in the Southern League Premier Division but slumped to their heaviest defeat for years when losing 5-1 at Merthyr Tydfil at the weekend.
The Linnets new boss Robert Taylor found it a real baptism of fire - and had to face irate travelling supporters who made the long journey.
They are expected to bring good support to the Giant Axe on Saturday - estimates from East Anglia range from anything between 100 to 400 - when experienced former Norwich City man Daryl Sutch is expected to return to the side after being an unused substitute for Saturday's defeat.
Says Wilson: "They are bringing a few with them and I would appeal to the people of Lancaster to get down to the ground and give us some support.
"We are playing good football at the moment - and it would be nice to have a few more fans at the ground".
