CHILDREN dressed as ducks took part in a charity toddle waddle.
Twenty little 'uns from the St John's Toddler Group at St John's Church, Mosley Common, were accompanied by mums, dads and grandparents, who joined the national event last week to raise funds for the Meningitis Trust.
The group, which is also celebrating its 18th birthday, met up in the church lounge before setting off on a stroll to the park and back.
Organiser Janette Lee-Taylor said: "The mascot of the charity is Monty the duck, so everyone was asked to dress in yellow and if possible resemble a duck."
The group, which meets each Tuesday between 9.30am and noon, ended the event with a celebration birthday party.
