A COUNCIL is urging people to tell them how they can improve their services.
Blackburn with Darwen Council is developing its services in a bid to help citizens keep in touch.
'Have your say on Council services' outlines the Council's Customer Feedback Policy and is launched this week, to coincide with National Customer Service Week.
It will help people contact the council with their comments, suggestions, compliments and complaints and to get a speedy response to problems.
The aim is to make it easier for people to contact the council and to ensure that the Council understands what citizens think and can improve services where needed.
"We aim to deal quickly and effectively with any individual comments or complaints we receive and also to make sure that we learn from what people are telling us about our services" said Coun Eileen Entwistle, lead member for citizens and consumer rights.
George Campling, director of rights, advice and entitlements, said: "We welcome people's comments and suggestions, and encourage them to let us know their views."
