A BURY company has helped in the sale of a final unit at the Blueberry Business Park in Rochdale.
The unit, measuring 4,000 sq ft, has been disposed of on behalf of Commercial Developments Projects of Elland.
Bury-based Nolan Redshaw Ltd and Lambert Smith Hampton negotiated the sale to a private pension fund.
Nolan Redshaw, based at Haweswater House at the Waterfold Business Park, is also letting accommodation at the Scotts Industrial Estate in Rochdale where it is offering two five-year-old units of approximately 7,500 sq ft.
