CHARITY worker Jenny Lloyd from Astley met with royalty when the Countess of Wessex visited Henshaws Society for Blind People.
Jenny, who is the Community Services Manager at Trafford-based Henshaws, introduced Sophie, Countess of Wessex to some of the families of visually impaired children who use the charity's services.
Jenny showed her the soft play area where youngsters with a visual impairment can interact with other children and use the facilities to stimulate the mind and body.
The visit marked World Sight Day.
