PUPILS from a Bury primary school are digging in to help transform a piece of woodland into a nature walkway.
Youngsters from Emmanuel Holcombe County Primary School in Helmshore Road, donned their wellies and joined workers from the National Trust to plant trees on the land surrounding the Georgia Pacific paper mill.
The land is being resurrected after the Stubbins Lane mill received a grant to restore the woodland walks to their former glory.
