BURY runner Alisdair Templeton does nothing by half.
For two events helped the auxiliary Fairfield Hospital nurse raise £1,000 for the hospital's wards eight and nine in the orthopaedic unit where he works.
Before a half marathon in Amsterdam, 53-year-old Alisdair toured local pubs to collect the sponsorship money.
Later, he and son Mark (23) completed the event in Holland.
Alisdair, of Barnside Close, Walmersley, has been running for charity for the past 25 years.
