A MAN and woman have appeared before magistrates accused of making harassing telephone calls to a woman at Bury.
Laura Diana Sharples, aged 23, of St John Street, and Paul Stuart Sharples, aged 32, of New Street, both in Pendlebury, face a charge of continuing to make telephone calls over a number of weeks to Sarah Naismith.
Sharples is also charged with causing damage to the woman's Volkswagen Golf to a value of £1,000.
The case was adjourned for further enquiries into incidents forming part of the allegations.
The defendants will return to court on November 22 and were granted unconditional bail.
