I HAD occasion to visit the endoscopy unit at Blackburn Royal Infirmary as a day patient and did not know what the visit might reveal.

I need not have worried at all.

I was put at my ease immediately, everything was done on time and with care, and everything was explained to me about the necessary procedures.
