I AM concerned about the stone setts on Church Street and the manner in which they were laid by the people from Portugal.
I blame the laying methods as the reason for the shunting movement of the setts, and also the lack of experience of the Labour councillors who were in charge from the start.
It is no good just keeping a watchful eye, the council should also understand the difference between materials and mixings.
I say that this council has no-one with any experience of these matters and so we end up with another Laurel and Hardy situation.
