I READ a lot about hygiene in hospitals but what about public toilets?
The public spend 20 minutes waiting for buses to take them into town and when they get there, more often than not, the toilets are closed. And even when they are open there is never any toilet paper or soap.
The person who is paid to open them and clean them must have the best job on the council. Does the person in charge never check their work? Evidently not.
