IWAS in Blackburn town centre when a little boy bumped into me.
His mother (I presume) dragged him away and started to beat him about the head. He was terrified.
I felt so sorry for the child. I did not dare say anything as I was afraid she might start on me. She was about 14 stone, I am eight and a half stone and 82-years-old.
How do we stop these bullies, because that is all they are? The boy was about seven years old.
