CONSERVATIVE Party leader Michael Howard was paying a whistle-stop visit to East Lancashire today.
He was due to arrive at Colne Police Station at 11am, to meet police and local traders to discuss the challenges faced by small businesses.
He was then due to travel on to Bank Street, Rawtenstall, to meet traders who have been victims of crime and anti-social behaviour.
