The masked men burst into Victoria Wines in Park Lane, Whitefield, on Thursday at around 8pm.
One of the offenders blocked the door, while the other two jumped over the counter.
They threatened the cashier with a red stanley knife and used a blue holdall to remove spirits from the shelf and takings from the till.
