BLACKPOOL have swapped Australian goalkeepers, with veteran Sasa Ilic departing to be replaced by Middlesborough youngster, Brad Jones.
Jones joins on a season-long loan after keeping five clean sheets in seven appearances while on a short-term loan at Bloomfield Road last season.
He has since made his premiership debut and appeared for Australia in the Athens Olympics , but will now compete for a starting place at Blackpool with namesake, Lee Jones.
Ilic's last appearance for Blackpool came in Tuesday night's 6-3 victory over Huddersfield. He made his debut on the first day of the season against Doncaster, but has failed to win a regular place during his three-month spell at the club.
