MEP Gary Titley (Letters, October 19) needs to look closer to home before he starts berating others for their public performances.
People should not throw stones from their own shattered greenhouses.
If one really wants to compare UKIP with Labour we only need to look at the antics and performances of disgraced Labour MPs like Vaz, Mandelson, Galloway, Geoffrey Robinson, Tommy Graham and Ernie Ross.
It seems yet again that instead of addressing real issues Mr Titley is only concerned with attempting to smear those he sees as a threat. He should do his job as an MEP and be more concerned about the financial wastage by the European Parliament rather than worrying about UKIPs financial backers. Then maybe he could justify his European salary and extortionate expenses.
We at UKIP will carry on asking the awkward questions, making the public aware of just how much their lives are really affected by European dictat.
