AN event to help people considering self-employment is to be staged by Ribble Valley Enterprise Agency.
It will be an opportunity to discuss find out what help is available from not only the agency but high street banks, the Prince's Trust, the Inland Revenue, Customs and Excise, the Chamber of Commerce and Towers and Gomall Accountants.
Local young entrepreneurs will also be on hand to give their perspective.
Young Enterprise companies from local schools will have stands on display and all young people and business people are invited to attend.
The event is part of 'Enterprise Week', a national celebration of enterprise running from November 15 to 19.
The week also sees the launch of 'Make Your Mark - Start Talking Ideas', designed to kick start a more enterprising culture amongst young people.
The event takes place at the agency's offices at The Printworks, Ribble Valley Enterprise Park, Barrow, on Monday from 4pm to 7pm.
Open Days will be held on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, November 19 to 22 from 1.30pm to 4.30pm.
