A GROUP of Scandinavian social workers, psychologists and doctors have been on a fact-finding mission to a Ribble Valley hospital.
The Norwegian professionals are putting together treatment programmes for people with learning difficulties in their own country and wanted to see how it's done at Calderstones NHS Trust, based in Whalley.
During last week's visit the group were taken on a tour of the site and met representatives from the trust, including chief executive Russ Pearce.
