FOREST boss Joe Kinnear reflected on the midweek Carling Cup defeat to Fulham by insisting: "You've shown what you can do, now let's do it in the league."
The Reds were within four minutes of taking a prized Premiership scalp on Wednesday before eventually slipping to a 4-2, extra-time defeat.
And Kinnear is demanding second-from-bottom Forest now carry that form into the Championship, starting with tomorrow's trip to Turf Moor.
He said: "They have shown what they can do against a team that is head and shoulders above the teams we play in our division. We now need to take that into every game."
We should keep the tape and remind ourselves of how well we played and make sure we repeat it against Burnley on Saturday.
"The players take a lot of credit, but the only thing I would say is that we need to brush up on our finishing and put our opportunities away."
