THREE ice hockey stars were sacked after going for a naked midnight skate.
The Blackburn Hawks professionals went for a celebratory skate after a game wearing just their helmets, boots, gloves and sticks.
But the arena manager said the matter was "gross misconduct" and sent the trio packing.
The men said it was done as a joke, not in a malicious way.

LOVE-STRUCK pensioners George and Evelyn Haworth gave their marriage a second chance 30 years after getting divorced.
They had an action replay of their first wedding at St Luke's Church, Blackburn where they first became man and wife in 1932.
The first marriage lasted 17 years before the couple split and lost touch. But after bumping into each other they fell back in love and after a whirlwind romance gave marriage another shot.
The second marriage was a carbon copy of the first, right down to the same hymns sung.
50 years ago
TRAFFIC ground to a halt in Burnley when an escaped pony trotted frantically around the streets.
Two firemen and a policeman followed on their bicycles in hot pursuit as the black and white pony led them on a merry dance around the streets.
A dragnet technique was eventually used to catch the pony in Oxford Road. It was tied to a gas lamp until the owner could collect it.
