IT'S Viva Las Vegas for a busy Altham saleswoman whose bosses are sending her on a trip to America's casino capital as a reward for her hard work.
Laura Stephenson, 21, who works for Micro-P in Altham, won best sales newcomer at the company's sales conference last week -- and was then told she would be one of four staff to go on the trip of a lifetime to Las Vegas.
She, and three others from the firm's Basingstoke office, will be whisked across the Atlantic where luxury limousines will transport them from the airport to a top hotel.
They will be taken over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter, and attend a gala dinner at the city's Stratosphere.
The company, one of the UK's largest distributors of IT and technology products, has also promised other surprises for its top sales men and women during their four-day stay.
Laura, of Oswaldtwistle, said: "I was amazed to have won such a fantastic incentive at such an early stage in my career at Micro-P.
"I hope to have the opportunity to win more in the future."
Anthony Catterson, managing director at Micro-P, said: "Our sales force is the engine of the company.
"We try to understand what motivates the Micro-P team so we can provide fantastic incentives that give people a reason to try harder, be more successful and give the lift often needed in this dynamic industry."
The company frequently uses incentives to help motivate its staff and earlier this year seven people were given a new car, worth more than £12,000 each.
But the Las Vegas adventure is the biggest sales incentive it has offered in its 20-year history.
