A 20-YEAR-old man has denied being involved in an attack on two youths at a Prestwich takeaway.
Michael Anthony Flynn, of Venwood Road, Prestwich, pleaded not guilty to charges of assaulting Matthew McGuinness and Sam Allen causing actual bodily harm.
Magistrates at Bury decided that the case was not suitable for summary jurisdiction and adjourned the matter to January 5, when Flynn will be committed to stand trial at Bolton Crown Court.
He was granted unconditional bail.
