A STATE-of-the-art community resource centre has opened in Nelson.
Voluntary, community and faith groups now have a video editing suite, conference facilities, video cameras, laptops, internet, projector and a funding library at their fingertips.
The Resource Centre, in Cross Street, is run by Pendle Community Network which was given funding for the project through the Learning and Skills Council.
As well as opening the centre up to the public, the network will use it for training courses.
Marketing manager Michelle Webb said: "The Resource Centre is a modern, comfortable facility with a relaxing atmosphere."
Groups who would like to use the centre should contact Pendle Community Network on 01282 619913.
