The company, one of the UK pi s fastest growing suppliers of building and property solutions, has completed a £560,000 project to convert Cullingworth Chapel, near Bradford, into six luxury apartments.

Property owner, 21C Properties Ltd, commissioned STG to undertake the project which involved design, major construction, alteration, refurbishment and project management services for the chapel.

As part of the project, STG was required to design and construct the apartments around the original facade of the Victorian chapel. The building, originally constructed in 1837 as a Baptist Church, is now registered by the English Heritage as a Grade II listed building.

The conversion project worked to the advantage of the building as it allows it to continue being used while its significance and architectural features remain preserved. The six apartments took 12 months to complete.

Charles Tweed, STG business development director, said: "The project has been excellent for STG because it has enabled us to showcase a full range of skills including project management which alongside teamwork and first-rate

communication channels has been the key to our success."
