POLICE are hunting a teenage thug who pushed a disabled woman to the floor before fleeing with her handbag.
The youth entered the 55-year-old womans ground-floor flat in Melton Walk, Radcliffe, through an insecure door in a utility room.
He entered the living room and approached the woman from behind. After pushing her to the floor, he stole her handbag containing two mobile phones, cash and personal papers.
Police have issued an appeal following the robbery which has left the disabled victim shocked and upset. The incident happened at 4.40pm on Thursday, and the offender was said to be aged about 17, of slim build, and wore a dark jacket.
