A 29-YEAR-OLD man thrown out of his house was trying to set up home in the shed, a court was told.
Burnley magistrates heard how police were called after Stephen Taylor's former partner had taken out an injunction against him and he was banging on the front door. Officers told him to leave, he wouldn't and was arrested.
Taylor, of Fenwick Street, Burnley, admitted breaching the peace and police obstruction. Taylor, who also flouted a previous bind over and a conditional discharge, was given a six month community rehabilitation order, bound over in the sum of £100 for 12 months and must pay £65 costs.
Richard Taylor, defending, said Taylor had taken the injunction to heart and had taken drink at the same time.
He had nowhere else to live and said he would live in the shed.
