PLANS for 11 houses on farmland in Brierfield could be given the go-ahead on December 7.
NEL Construction has applied for four blocks of two and three-bedroom houses on Waterside Farm, Montford Road.
Planning permission for eight houses on the site has already been given by Pendle Counci. Four people have objected to the scheme.
In a report to councillors, planning officer Stan Healey said the development should be referred to the government office for the North West because it went against planning guidelines set out for the area.
