RADCLIFFE BORO 3, Gateshead: THREE superb goals gave Radcliffe their first victory in five matches.
Both sides came close to scoring in a tight first half; Lee Duffy's long-range shot for Radcliffe was well saved by Keith Finch, while Robert Huntley hit the bar for Gateshead.
Borough went ahead in the 63rd minute, when centre-back Steve Hill carried the ball from his own half before lashing a shot into the top corner from 30 yards. Substitute Ciaran Kilheeney added a terrific second with 10 minutes left, running half the length of the pitch before slotting past the keeper.
Fellow substitute Gary Sampson fired a third goal into the bottom corner with two minutes left.
