IN response to Ron Freethy, Nature Watch feature (LET, December 1) the issue of the hunt without the fox is easily resolved with the setting up of drag hunts.
Horses, hounds and hunters can still exercise. Farmers have the right to shoot the fox which may prey on his stock.
At last the United Kingdom is leading the way against bloodsports. Perhaps other countries belonging to the European Union will follow our example and ban their vast variety of bloodsports.
