I WAS disgusted that 12 jurors found Paul Madeley not guilty of causing death by dangerous driving after he had actually made a chilling admission in court that he was driving 'dangerously' just before the fatal accident in Radcliffe in which Natalie Pickwick Jones died..
It appears that the old saying of 'Twelve just men' no longer applies. So where is the deterrent, I ask myself. It is certainly not in our courts of law!
