A FRIDGE has been dumped at the corner of Allendale Street and Gannow Lane, prompting calls for residents to report people they know are responsible for leaving their rubbish on the streets.
There have been several complaints that dumping rubbish is occurring more and more and making the area untidy.
RESIDENTS want road calming measures and alterations at Gannow Lane junction with Lowerhouse Lane to be urgently brought forward.
It follows an accident last Sunday when a vehicle crashed into a house front, causing extensive damage.
THE coffee morning people enjoyed a Christmas meal on Wednesday , when a three-course meal was provided free for them for all their support in the past 11 months.
This has included making cuddly toys, flower arrangements and donating items.
A big thankyou was given to the community wardens for providing the transport to the venue and their good work in the community.
